Rachel wasn’t suppose to have him so close, but she missed her beloved son. Ever since she had gotten sick, she couldn’t do anything but just simply stay in her room to avoid getting everyone sick. Sighing gently as she laid her cheek on the top of his head she softly hummed listening to Ciel as he explained his whole day, he was a busy little bee today It would seem. “You know–I do in fact believe, all you gotta do is believe and he might do just that love, I just hope he is alright I miss having him home too–It feels empty but that quickly passes when I see your adorable face.”

He wasn’t afraid to catch a flu. It couldn’t bring him any more restrictions, could it? All that he really was worrying about was his dearest mother. He wished she could feel better anytime soon, but untill then he’ll make sure to take care of her as much as he can.

There was a special kind of warmth when he got in her embrace. Always. A warmth more tender than the morning sunlight and more profound. It overtook him, enveloped everything what he is and bathed him in serenity. Sleep was always peaceful when she held him in her arms. He listened to her soft voice carefully, breathing silently and suddenly feeling so drowsy. But he didn’t let himself to fall asleep completely.

Mother’s sweet words brought a light smile to his face.

                             ❝ —  I hope so too.

And then he pulled back slowly and reached for the hairbrush, which was right on the bedside table.

❝ I want you to be even more beautiful
when father will return. May I? ❞

I had to go through hell to prove I'm not insane

❝ I'm bigger than my body
I'm colder than this home
I'm meaner than my demons
I'm bigger than these bones ❞

Had to meet the devil just to know his name
