All suitcases were packed and already piled in the hallway whilst the carriage waited outside to bring young heir to the railway station. Such a long journey ahead of him and the very first time for him to leave his family house to travel long distances together with his father’s friend. Elders said a year spent in one of the most prestigious academies in Paris will suit him just right and Ciel avoided debates, for he could not give the nay to his only possibility to finally see the world. He felt extremely excited about this, the happiness was sheer in his eyes.

Standing in the hall to bid his last goodbyes to all inhabitants of the manor, Ciel snuggled up to his dearest grandmother, sharing a warm embrace wth her.
